This week, we’re sharing the basic and various necessities to strengthen your relationship goals
1. communication
In relationships, communication allows to you explain to someone else what you are experiencing and what your needs are. The act of communicating not only helps to meet your needs, but it also helps you to be connected in your relationship. It helps prevent the the void of loneliness and boost ones attraction for each other.

People who don’t communicate are not sharing a part of themselves with others. They hold onto their feelings and thoughts for many different reasons. Two reasons people in relationships fail to communicate are fear of rejection and concern they will do or say something to upset their partner. While the latter sentiment is noteworthy, not telling your partner what you need keeps the relationship from changing and growing. Growth in a relationship is crucial if you want it to be long-lived and satisfying.
2. Trust

Trusting someone means that you think they are reliable, you have confidence in them and you feel safe with them physically and emotionally. Trust is something that two people in a relationship can build together when they decide to trust each other.
How to build trust in your relationship
- Tell the truth.
- Admit when you don’t know something.
- Admit when you’re wrong.
- If you say you’ll do it, do it.
- If you’re meant to do it, do it.
- Explain your thought process.
- Extend trust to others.
3.

Support each other’s dreams and goals. Regardless of what you think of them. They are their dreams and goals, not yours. That’s why they’re going after them and not you. So do everything you can to encourage them, inspire them, and keep them going. There’s nothing like seeing your partner succeed at something they worked really hard on. Be proud, and celebrate their achievements.
